Deployment: 

  • Manage the deployment  
  • Monitor fixes bugs to confirm they are working as expected

Dev Support:

  • Manage all communication of dev support issues
  • Investigate dev support issues prior to handover to the dev team

DevOps Team Management: 

  • There will be one junior DevOps dev working underneath this role to assist where needed and share the responsibility of managing the support inbox

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Respond to incoming leads in line with a trackable / trained for process including
    prospecting, demo, quote, value-driven follow up, finalisation
  • Conduct executive-level sales engagements and establish and maintain strong
    relationships throughout the sales cycle, mainly virtual but also face-to-face
    during trade shows or sales trips as opportunity arises
  • Understand the needs of the customer and articulate the value of our various
    system’s capabilities and solutions in meeting those needs
  • Prepare Quotes and sales contracts in collaboration with the Finance / Sales
    Admin team
  • Conclude commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Build consultative partnership over 2-24 months sales cycles and beyond
  • CRM logging and reporting
  • Effective hand over to operations and customer success for implementation

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience selling B2B / enterprise systems

Tagmarshal Introduces New Geofence Buzzer for Carts

Tagmarshal, the leader in on-course optimization and traffic management software, has launched the latest feature in its product line, the new “Geofence Buzzer” feature. Developed from valuable input provided by Tagmarshal’s partners, the “Geofence Buzzer” emits a loud warning sound when a cart travels off a designated cart path or enters a restricted area. The optional Geofence Buzzer light is also triggered when a geofence is breached.  

Unlike other types of cart control this innovative feature does not disable the golf cart (via “kill switch”), but rather continues to alert the driver until the cart returns to the path or back onto a designated area.

With high volumes of cart traffic placing additional pressure on courses to manage restricted sensitive areas due to additional wear and tear, as well as golfers’ frustrations with existing cart control features, the “Geofence Buzzer” serves a vital need.

In working with its more than 300 partners around the globe, who have more than 10,000 active cart tracking units currently in the field, Tagmarshal developed the “Geofence Buzzer” which forms part of the company’s “Classic” installed product for its Track and Premium Optimizer software packages.

The feature can be installed into existing or new car fleets, as well as privately-owned carts, with ease (and does not require cart screens to operate.) This is particularly useful for resorts or courses located in private developments.
